best price so far faster shipping than
The media could not be loaded. Extremely high quality great price. There is no self healing injection port, but it's a needle you guys can figure that out, just put a piece of tape over the hole. This is the cheapest I've been able to to find this stuff. Also the company ships faster than Amazon's estimated date just an FYI. Perfect for mycology needs.

Great value for money, great packaging, fast shipping!
The grain bags offer a great value for the money, much better than what other companies have to offer. The product was nicely packed and shipping was fast. I am looking forward to see how my pink oyster mushrooms will spawn in these grain bags. I will provide an update once I test them, but so far so good.

Great product, no contam. All 6 bags were sterile and spawned nicely.

moisture issue
The media could not be loaded. Definitely dryer than I like. same as the others on the market, moisture settles to the bottom grain and it becomes over saturated and have some burst while the top grain is dried out

Ugh. Not again...
The first review I wrote for these bags was a glowing 5-star review. I loved them. They were perfect. Not a single one of the six contaminated and I thought I had found my new favorite bags.I returned about a month or so later and ordered six more. They appeared to be in great shape, and I began carefully inflating them, one by one, until I noticed that the seal at the tops of the bag was incomplete. I had been pulling dirty air into the bag. I immediately checked the others, and I discovered that all six bags were improperly sealed.I contacted the seller who was very willing to replace them at no charge, and I inoculated all six just to see what would happen... Trich in five of them, and black mold (possibly deadly,) in the sixth. I tossed them all.Today my replacement six arrived and I was happy until I checked the seals to see if the problem had been rectified, and one of them had a complete seal, the other five were incomplete seals AGAIN.I notified the seller that maintaining a sterile environment inside the bag is of UTMOST importance, and that this is a basic requirement for providing proper, usable grain spawn. Maybe they didn't know... I used my mother's impulse sealer to seal them all properly, and hopefully one or two will survive, but I'm not getting my hopes up...I've changed to 1 star because I know from my first order that they're 'capable' of doing it right, and that they're just choosing instead to be lazy now. 6 good bags followed by 6 bad bags, followed by another 6 bad bags.I want to feel bad about saying all this, but at the end of the day, improper and incomplete seals on these bags is absolutely unacceptable. They're sending guaranteed failures at that point and that's extremely disheartening, to say the very least...

Worked good and you get a decent amount works very similarly to jars! I had it laying for a little while and only one bag stalled!

Worked better at others - could be luck of the draw?
These seem to be the most successful type/brand of sterile grain spawn bags I tried during a recent inoculation session. I inoculated 2 other brands of rye grain and one brand of millet at the same time (with some of the same spore syringes even) and the MycoHaus 2lb. rye bags seem to have colonized the best. Assuming all the myc I see is the intended organism, that is.Will be moving the grain to a bulk substrate soon, and will try to remember to update my review based on final results. Sometimes you can't tell that a grain bag is contaminated until you spawn to bulk substrate and see if bad stuff shows up.
