Very pleased with this item. Works great, u get 12 for a great price in differnt sizes. Easy to use, no more hooks getting caught on other poles. I love this item so glad i bought them. If u dont like tangled poles this is the product u need. Like how the hook covers loop on the eye of the pole to keep it in place. All my poles of one of these hook covers they are great. I would recommend this item. Very sturdy and a great price.

I was looking forward on getting these lure holders but like all cheap things there is always a negative. There is no instructions in the Box that help someone figure out how open the these Lure holders, The only way for you to open them is pretty much bending the actual plastic honder, this makes me think if the plastic sleeves in the back will hold the amount of opening and cloinng you you will be doingThe positibe side is that it does keep your lure secure and Will not open easily. The lure holder hook feel like it will hold as long as you do not pull on it

I do like and use these things however they do have a couple of flaws you should know about before buying. 1st of all they don't open easy and closing them is almost as bad. I can't open them by just pressing opposite ways on the locking tabs like you would think. Instead I end up carefully squeezing them until the tabs pop then I can open it. Closing it you have to hold it shut and click each tab in place individually. It's not horrible but my second complaint is that the plastic is fairly cheap and breaks easy. I was trying to open one and hold my lure at the same time so I had the hook part against my body for stability while opening it and the hook snapped off. It didn't take much pressure to break either. I am going to continue to use these but I would not recommend them.

Overall hard to use,and not very durable.Do not reccomend this product.Only fits shorter lures.Also difficult to open and close.

They work well but I dislike how hard they are to open.

2 of the 12 hooks in the box arrived broken. The plastic hook to attatch to the fishing line is fragile and can break off easily. The plastic hinges probably won't last long either. I plan to use velcro to secure the cover closed after hinge failure. The concept of fishing lure cover & see-through plastic is good. Product material needs much improvement. Will not purchase again.

My brother hooked his finger and said he wish he would have bought some of these. I had rods ready at cabin then went straight to the lake. No worries having to set up line at lake.

So I will say these are certainly better than grabbing treble hooks on accident from a lure, but I think they could be made just a little bit better. The plastic hooks where you actually hook it to your real has broken off of two of them already without any major trauma to them. The locking system is a bit janky and hard to open but again all in all I guess it’s much better than grabbing a treble hook when you least expect it.
