Sweet baby Jesus these are awesome. Perfect for stretching your back and making those lower and upper back pains meltaway. I use these probably three to four times a day just to help stretch my back.

i like the fact that there's 3 diff sizes to pick from. the medium worked best for my back, till i get used to the larger rotation on the biggest size.
