What I've been looking for all my life!
This is my second set of inserts. The first set I bought at a shoe store. I have been looking for something like this my entire life. My ankles turn in, and I'm very hard on the heels of my shoes. I'm lucky if a pair a shoes, any shoes, last more than 6 months. This insert not only eases the wear and tear on my shoes, but also allows me to stand for longer periods of time without strain. They easily slip in and out of my shoes, although you may need to tear out the original bottom liner, depending on the shoe.The insert does lose a bit of its support after about 6 months. I pushed my to close to 10 months because I'm not on my feet a lot, but when I did stand for a long period of time, I could tell that I wasn't getting the same support as when it was new. So I bought this pair to use in the shoes I wear to work (that I wear most often) and used the old pair for leisure shoes.If your ankle turns in, these are perfect for you.

Lack quality and price is high
I have to use these as my doctor perscribed them when I got a foot injury and found out my feet were flat. The only downside is the price and they only last for me about a year.
