Awesome and just what I needed
My trainer recommended I start using mobility floss when I’m doing range of motion exercises on my ankles. It’s kind of amazing how much it helps, and this is exactly what I was looking for, because it’s long enough to allow me to start wrapping around my mid-calf area, around the ankle and then down around the foot. It arrived quickly and this is a high-quality product.

Order black if you want it to stick to your skin
Great for joints, muscles, etc. If you don't know how to use this product just Google 'how to voodoo floss'.The red is what I originally ordered and it is not very sticky. Not sure what it's application would be. I messaged the seller and they told me how the black is the sticky one (as advertised, just my error in ordering the red one). They sent me a black one for free! And it's great.Five star customer service.
