So far, so great!
This pill is a welcome surprise after I finished up my other Hair, Skin, Nail supplements. The pill is extremely easy to swallow, with no bitter aftertaste. Also, it contains Biotin and Vitamin D and E, which is nice, as I have been taking separate Vitamin E and Biotin pills. Nice that I now get the benefits of both of these vitamins (plus Vitamin C!) in one tablet. Also, very easy on the stomach (no nausea after taking!). Overall, I definitely recommend this product. Excellent. After roughly two weeks
Excellent. After roughly two weeks, I noticed a change in certain problematic areas of my skin. It has helped to heal my eczema quite a bit, and my skin is becoming softer, more supple. The only thing is you may have to drink a lot of water. Give it a shot and see.
