36" Indoor Outdoor Removable Shower Curtain Rod

The rod was not cut to the correct length and did not align with the latches when installed. I sent photos and asked if they could send me a new rod properly drilled. They agreed, but only sent me 2 spacers. What was I to do with those, being the original latches were already installed and mounted with tap-cons into concrete? I reached out to them again, but no response. Very, very, disappointed with the product and response.

Love this rod...it is wide enough (and I am a big girl!) and very sturdy. I installed it myself in a stucco outside wall. Just predrill and use the plastic inserts ( you will have to buy these). There is nothing better then a outside shower!

Works great as a wall shower curtain. Took a while time to set up. We used a wedge to install on siding. See pics

Easy to install and great for oddly shaped showers. It would be nice if it came in other finishes like chrome or black.

Have not installed yet, but to start NO Instructions! It looks easy enough by looking at the picture though right? One would think so accept the only direction is a hand written message on the back of each bracket with the word "Up" and an arrow pointing in the direction one would assume was supposed to be up. The problem is, if we follow that one and only direction there will be no post for the shower curtain to slide over! So after looking again, and then one more time we realized that there is no hidden meaning in the markings on the bracket, just probably an assembly line worker who really doesn't care enough to write the one and only word necessary correctly. So donning our common sense caps, we will proceed. I may increase my rating after the install is complete.Review during installation; Well the back of the bracket is just glued to the metal bracket so it just pops off. So far very cheaply put together parts for a relatively expensive item.After installation and 2 trips to the hardware store; It looks good and will serve the purpose. I hate for anyone to spend this much money for this item but if you are like us there is not much out there for this application. My recommendation would be to find yourself a nice electrician who can bend pipe and see what he would charge to make you one out of conduit. Otherwise, like us, bite the bullet and use this one.Still only two stars for the fact that it was missing instructions and the brackets back of the brackets were glued on upside down.
