Flavor Name:Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk With nearly 70% of our calories coming from healthy fats, and only 1-2g net carb, our products are legit keto. We've ensured this by putting them through the rigorous certification process of Ketogenic.com. Not only do they test the product for label accuracy, but more importantly they test metabolic response. We focus on using real, whole food ingredients like almonds, peanuts, chocolate, cocoa butter, and Redmond Real Salt. We have replaced toxic ingredients like sugar and flour with novel ingredients like Allulose & soluble fiber. We've gone above and beyond to also make our products taste better than the nuts and sweeteners you're used to. We wanted them to taste as close to all your favorite treats as possible to make keto more sustainable and fun.

Pros and cons
After trying these several times, I've come up with a list of pros and cons:Pros:• Excellent, healthy ingredients. Certainly healthier than most snack foods, and better than any other keto bar I've found.• Good flavor and variety.• Good texture, for the most part (see cons)• Allulose has been shown to LOWER blood sugar, making it an excellent choice for sweetner.Cons:• A bit pricey, even for keto bars.• Quality control on sweetness needs improvement. I've had a lot of bars that aren't sweet at all. I've had a couple that were actually too sweet.• Quality control for texture also needs improvement. In particular, the amount of oil in each bar. This is most noticeable in the maple bars; some of those are an oily mess, and the oil is frothy, greasy, and disgusting when it coagulates into a mass. For this reason, I will not be ordering anymore maple, despite it being one of the best tasting varieties.• Chocolate is completely unsweetened. The bars have allulose sugar in them; the chocolate does not. This is not ideal, but is okay as long as you don't get too high of a chocolate to bar ratio in each bite, provided you didn't happen to get one of the "not at all sweet" bars.• While allulose may be healthier in that it lowers blood sugar, there are also downsides to using it. It is completely indigestible, so it can cause the same digestive issues as erythritol if eaten in large amounts. General advice on moderation applies in this case. You may want to do some research on allulose if you are curious about it or concerned about the carb count. Yes, in fact, allulose does count as a carb, but does not count towards net carbs (this is why the bars claim 1 net carb while the nutritional information shows considerable number of carbs). As these bars have been keto certified and all of the information available on the subject all line up, I am assuming that the net carb count on these is accurate. To describe the bars, imagine crunching up a bunch of nuts, mixing them with some healthy oils and sugar (indigestible sugar in this case). Add some kind of flavoring, and press the mixture into a bar using some kind of extrusion process. That's not to say that is how they are manufactured; it's a guess, but that's how they seem. This is good, because it avoids over-processing and the use of questionable ingredients. If you enjoy nuts and any of the flavor combinations available, you should like these. Even with the quality control issues, these are pretty good.I would recommend the blueberry muffin as one of the best flavors. It doesn't suffer from the use of unsweetened chocolate, and seems to have more consistent quality than some of the other flavors (especially the maple one).

This is NOT Keto!
This isn't Keto! For Keto you can only.subtract the fibre from the total carbs. This makes this 16 grams of carbs.

Taste great low carb
These are delicious, I got maple pecan. However the feel of the product is oily I don't know why, but the taste for 1 carb is terrific.

YUMMY!
Finally! A Keto bar without coconut! Tried both the Cookie Dough and PB flavors. PB was great, but Cookie Dough was the bomb! What a great snack to have around the house!

3-net carb bar of delectable goodness!
Having tried what seems like every keto bar on the market, this is my go-to bar!! It is perfect in every way. The texture is like that of a chewy brownie, the sweetness is just enough without being overly sweet, they have no aftertaste, and that little kick of salt is pure joy! These bars, paired with a hot cup of coffee or cold glass of milk (plant-based for me!), is the perfect afternoon, bedtime, or anytime snack! I personally prefer to refrigerate them which makes them even chewier and takes care of any chocolate melting that might have occurred during shipping. Do yourself a favor and try these bars!

Best Keto Bar
The HEKA Keto bars are the best on the market! They taste delicious and give you the feeling of "cheating" but you're not. Only 1 Net Carb per bar and these really taste like chocolate chip cookie dough. They are very filling and have no unwanted side effects - no chicory root! During the warmer months (or all year 'round if you live in FLA) you'll need to keep in the refrigerator or a cool place. These will get soft and the cocoa butter will melt!

Bars separate/decompose into a greasy mess
These bars taste great - but my box had two bars that had burst their packaging and spread grease all over the rest of the bars. Seems like they haven't got their recipe quite correct yet: even the well-sealed bars looked a mess - the fats are collecting on the outside of the bars, making the bars seem "decomposed". Taste good though.

Great product
The Maple Pecan are the best I've ever had. Sometimes Keto bars are dry and tasteless or leave an unpleasant aftertaste, but not this one. It's moist, soft and the flavor is great. I'll buy this again and again.
