There's not much to say about this product. Either you trust the brand or you don't. I do so I take this daily. Iodine is severely lacking in the average American diet. We don't eat enough seaweed in this country and it leads to all kinds of diseases and disorders. I recommend taking an Iodine supplement daily to balance your body's systems. There are many things you can take for various reasons, this is just one of them. The other main product I'd recommend is some kind of Moringa leaf supplement. Do a little research on how powerful that plant is and I'm sure you will agree that Moringa is a super food that you will want to consume!

I'm still trying to determine if sea formula is better than lugols. It seems lugols is faster acting than capsules of seaweed. However being hypothyroid and not tolerating levothyroxine very well makes its own challenges. This formula is helpful keeping skin from having hypo issues, but if you need more metabolism boost use lugols.
