Indie Boards and Cards Egizia Shifting Sands

I really enjoyed the original game; this is nice improvement. If you don't know the original, its a worker-placement Euro-style game with a fairly neat mechanic -- not one I've seen elsewhere.If you did play the original: at its core this is the same game, but they have upgraded the details in positive ways. The graveyard and pillars are gone, replaced by new building mechanics. The round spaces now change from turn to turn, with a lot more opportunities to change the weather. The turn five cards have been changed in a way that makes a lot more sense for the final turn. On the whole: this takes a really good game and makes it even better.
