Looks great, sounds... not so great
The TV came quickly, it was very easy to set up, and it is so light! The picture quality is clear and vivid. However, the audio leaves something to be desired. There is no bass and it sounds very tinny. I tried playing with the settings but ultimately needed to hook up an external set of speakers to achieve the desired audio. Overall, not a bad little TV, the price is good, but I would definitely have a set of reliable external speakers on hand.

no apps very very poor sound quality
I had to buy a booster just to be able to hear it and though I ordered the model that was a smart TV with APPS they switched it to be the less quality one. I was charged the lesser price but totally do not like this TV

Pleasantly surprised.
I purchased this TV for a security system. I had low expectations for this as it was one of the cheaper TVs on amazon, but was quite surprised when it arrived. The picture quality is actually way better than I expected. The sound on the TV is OK you can tell the speakers are cheap but other than that the TV has well surpassed my expectations. We will see how long it lasts

Terrible sound
This small TV has a decent picture but its sound is not just poor, it is totally unacceptable. Its sound is similar to rattling stones in a tin can. We do not recommend this TV.

Basic TV
I use this TV in the master bedroom to watch the news. It's just the right size. The picture and the sound are very good. Very pleased with the purchase.

It's a great little tv. The quality wouldn't be as great as they claim it is. But I still like it. The price is right.
