FITNESS PRO Womens Waist Trainer

Its a very nice trainer. I measured myself before purchasing but its still a little big on me. So I'm returning it for a smaller size. I got a large and will get a medium.The delivery was on time and for the Times I have worn it, I definitely had more sweat dripping from my mid section.Its also long for my torso. I'm 5'5 147lbs. Hmm, maybe I won't get another from this company lol.

This product is by far one of the best waist trainers I've found. The ribbing helps your posture, as well as keeps the trainer from loosening at all. The clasps have 3 different levels to it, so that you don't need to order a new size every time you lose some inches. And the material that it's made out of is perfect to keep the heat zoned in to my stomach area, leaving me nice and sweaty after a cardio session. I wouldn't wear this trainer during any ab or leg exercises, as it does limit bending in the mid section a little bit. But I use waist trainers mainly for burning extra calories during cardio, as well as slowly tapering down my waist. This product is perfect for just that. I've recommended this product to quite a few of my friends and they'll all had great success with it. Plus, it ships usually in 1 day and you'll receive it in 2 business days, normally. Great product, I'd recommend it every time.

I don't even feel a vibration. Not sure if I feel anything. I felt a spark that was it. Maybe this doesn't work properly...

I wish the inside lining was like the outside lining so it would make you sweat more during workout. Otherwise hides perfectly under tight fitted workout gear.

I love this! It does itch after I have worn it for several hours. I do plan on buying more as my waist gets smaller. It also help me sit straight up without slouching.

I measured myself and ordered accordingly, however I can tell is going to run large quickly becuse i can easily fit it into the second row of clips. It is very comfortable and so far I really like it.
