I've been dealing with adult acne for a few years due to crazy hormonal changes. After reading an article on the benefits of evening primrose oil, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I was not expecting to see any improvement in my skin. OMG, after a week, no new breakouts and my skin was less sensitive. Understanding that skin care is very individualized, all I can do is suggest you try it. I don't know why it's working, but SUN primrose oil is working for me.

These Evening Primrose Softgels are the best. I can really tell they are quality, and they work. I have some female issues each month, and these make the symptoms so much better. If I don't take this daily, I will get much worse symptoms. I can really tell if I don't take them. I have taken some off brands of Evening Primrose and they didn't do anything for me. So go with a good name brand like Health From The Sun, and get the quality you pay for. This is the only brand I will buy now.

I've used this brand for years and it was always vegetarian in a veg based capsule not beef, not pork gelatin. I had never seen the other version in all the years I have been buying this product and the packaging has changed since last year. So the oil is great. The change in capsule is not good. Just an FYI This is not suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians, Pescatarians or anyone who eats Kosher or Halal; which is why I gave it one star.

The Sun Primrose is great and I have been taking for years. However, I have been taking the dose in 2 pills/day. I was thrilled to find a 1 pill/day alternative. Unfortunately, it had not occurred to me that the pill would be twice the size. I have a problem with my throat and am afraid to try to swallow the large pill. So, I cut off the tip and drain the capsule to a tablespoon to take. Not a great taste. I will go back to the 2/day smaller pills.

The reason why I got this brand I read that a model recommend this.. the capsules are too big to swallow so I cut a capsule & pour the oil in my smoothies.

There is not much to say. This product was packaged well and seems to be of good quality. My only complaint would be the size of the capsules. They are very, very large. Thankfully, they're softgels, otherwise, I don't know if a normal human could swallow them.

I love this stuff. Anyone that has intense pms should take this daily. There have been some months where I don't experience the extreme irritability that I am used to. But that is only when I remember to take this every night. It's great.

Made me break out.After about three days of taking it I realized it was keeping me awake at night I kept taking it thinking it might be OK the fourth night and I was right, I slept OK that night but then I noticed unbelievable breakouts. This product was not for me.
