The colour cartridges work but the black doesn't print at all. I've contacted the vendor and they are replacing them.

Great price and great value

With everyone working from home now with the lockdown I looked at getting a new printer; but then I found my old one covered in dust at the back of the cupboard. I remembered the cautionary tale when you first buy the printer; use only genuine cartridges (the cheap cost of the printer offset by the manufacturers making their money through selling expensive refills) I’ve always bought the HP refills in the past for fear of damaging the print head but as this printer was older and I wasn’t sure it would work at all I didn’t want to spend a fortune on new ink. So, I cleaned the printer heads and fitted these cartridges. First of all they were a perfect fit, as easy to install as the manufacturers originals. Secondly the quality test - I was surprised how good the colours are and how well it prints on paper; absolutely no issues at all! When first installed the printer flags up an “incompatible cartridge” error but you click ok, and you’re good to go. I’d highly recommend these cartridges and will be ordering more in future.

Having recently purchase this product, we are rather disappointed in the quality of it. Having inserted the cartridges, and removed and reinserted the cartridges to double check we'd got them inserted correctly, the colour quality isn't great and the magenta isn't working at all. We have had to remove it completely or the printer will not work at all. We will not be purchasing again.

Apart from being a great alternative to the original the print quality is just as good as HP..it was very affordable..and easy to install with no mess! I recommend this product and I will certainly purchase again.

Durante l'installazione non ho riscontrato alcun problema, si tratta di una cartuccia 364XL che combina qualità e rapporto qualità-prezzo. Dato che stampo molto e ho bisogno sia del bianco e nero, dovevo trovare per la mia HP una cartuccia alternativa per contenere i costi. Alla fine, ho trovato questo venditore, il cui software non dà errori, è stabile nel funzionamento, il numero di stampe è accurato e la qualità di stampa è perfetta. Anche stampando molte pagine, i colori rimangono invariati! Contorni, transizioni e le linee più sottili sono così ben armonizzati che sono rimasto davvero sorpreso. Nessun sbavatura, nessuna sfocatura, anche dopo pause nella stampa, questo venditore continua a soddisfarmi. Il processo di stampa è fluido, senza intoppi o problemi di blocco, la velocità di stampa è veloce, il che mi ha fatto risparmiare molto tempo. Questa cartuccia è in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di chi stampa molto, con una capacità superiore rispetto alle cartucce HP standard. La durata è molto maggiore rispetto alla versione standard, quindi posso stampare più pagine. Questo la rende una scelta estremamente economica. In generale, sono molto soddisfatto di questa cartuccia. Rimarrò sicuramente fedele a questo prodotto. La cartuccia 364XL è la scelta ideale per chi cerca un'alternativa durevole, di alta qualità ed economica. Per chi dà importanza a una stampa professionale e a prestazioni stabili, è un prodotto essenziale.
