I am so happy that I don’t have to make a coir totem pole! I like that you can add more poles to it. I would like to see the first pole you put into the soil to be a little thinner. Or just make it in a couple of more different sizes. I think it does what it is supposed to do. I would order more than one at a time but it is a little pricey. I wish it mentioned what the string around it was for? Is the string for decoration? Should you remove the string and tie your plants onto the pole? The pole does feel a little sticky, but I think it is to help your plants to hang on to it. I like this plant pole and would like to get more.

Has a bad smell
I ordered some stackable coconut coir poles from a different source and they were great. They ran out and I needed more, so I thought these would be the same. They are not. They are smaller in outside diameter, do not fit together securely, the smell bad, and are kind of sticky! I don't know what they are coated with, but I don't like it. I'm rinsing them off and leaving them to air out before using. Hopefully they will stop stinking and won't hurt my plants. I recommend ordering from someone else.

These have a strong odor of mold
This item is easy to assemble, comes packaged just like it states and would be easy to use if they did not smell like mold as soon as i opened the box!! I have bad sinuses so any thing that smells of mold is not acceptable!! Although these are made of natural fibers they should not such a strong smell. I would not recommend buying these if you have allergies to mold. If you can get past the mold smell they are great to use for climbing plants of any kind. They come packaged well, assemble easily and are easy to use. I can't use these because of the strong odor of mold.

Nice but a bit wobbly with all 4 in a pot.
Very nice but it gets wobbly as you add the top two. Needs a longer bottom stake. Will be installing a PVC pipe and most likely glueing the bottom stake in.
