The author's constant diet of bragging about sex escapades just fell flat with me.The author uses rationalization and homespun philosophy to justify his trashy sexual behavior. Out on the farm, we call such talk, "bulls***e."Truly a one dimensional, farcical account of the mighty Crazy Horse's super legendary studness.

This is the book will open a world to you that you have not even dreamed of.The book was what made me go to Bangkok after dreaming about it for years. This book changed my view on life. I know Crazy Horse as a close friend, and I heard the stories but nothing compares to the book and the clever, fun and adventures writing. Everything he says is true. I was laughing so hard. It is always fun to read a book by a great writer who actually spend 14 years of adventure in BKK and south east Asia.When I got to BKK for the first time a month ago, I followed in his footsteps and went to all the places he writes about in the book. It was like I had been there before. Everything he writes about in so much detail is exactly as he wrote it. It was like walking through a dream. It was so cool. I read both of Crazy Horse’s books on Bangkok, and they’re both awesome. The man knows what he’s talking about.

Having spent a significant amount of time in SE Asia, I recognize and appreciate much of what the author is describing about both the places he visits and the emotions that he feels. The book is entertaining, But the topic is not for everyone, although any western male visiting SE Asia looking for love in whatever flavore, should read books like this to better understand the situation.

The "philosophy" is largely Ayn Rand meets Mick Jagger; adolescent - level macho disguised as profundity, but the author writes well and his descriptions of the sex life of an expat living in Thailand are dead on. It's fun to read but not to be taken very seriously.

Great Book of detailed stories from a guy living in Bangkok. The guy is having a great time on his own terns, and writes very well. A fun read about his sexual exploits in Asia. The author writes with good details. I don't doubt this guy's real.He has another book that I plan to try soon. It has a good length, and is not just some little booklet.

Want to go a little on the wild side? Bangkok from a ex-pat who is in the Know. Learn before you go - have a great read! Funny as well as entertaining and knowledgeable. IT is Bangkok night life - they next best thing to being there, and the TO READ before you go! Have fun with this read, don't take it too seriously - just the way Bangkok should be taken and go for the ride! Good writing too! ENTERTAINING!! I really enjoyed it.

The cover of this book doesn't convey how colorful this true story is. It has a flowing writing style and really makes you think. It's an enjoyable read for anyone curious about Thai nightlife or just wanting a great read. Very surprised at the quality of this cheaply priced book! Reccommending to friends.

I am sure this book is based on experience, but it can't be true.Too many perfect girls, too much perfect sex.

Not bad for a bit of titillation but far better is Warren Olson's 'thai Private detective'.

Authentic interestic and rawi wish he had a bit more time dwelling in some characters

After the first few hookup scenes, the only thing enjoyable in this are the rants about western culture. Rest all is same thing over and over. No storyline to follow. Pretty much same setup in all chapters.
