I saw an article on how to tighten your neck muscles by using a large stress ball. I ordered these and they arrived quickly and in perfect shape.The ONLY problem is they are "dough" shaped instead of "ball" shaped and are too soft for my intended purpose.Unfortunately I had to send them back .. but if you're looking for quality stress dough, these are the ones to buy.
