Waist Band Extenders for Weight Gain/Maternity Pants & Skirts

I REALLY like these. They made it possible for me to extend the life of all my pants (including work trousers/slacks- but you have to tweak the way you use it for slacks: see below) until the end of my pregnancy. I have 6 weeks left, and the only snag I have found is that I may have needed one more extender that was longer than the longest one in the pack. It's getting just a little bit tight! I will probably utilize the longest one of the extenders with a hair tie through the hole and around the button. Kind of obnoxious, I know, but its worth it to me to not have to go out and buy maternity pants. I love my jeans and I know how to put outfits with them, so I want to try and use them as long as I can. I would have loved to have had an extra long denim extender, but the longest option is a black, faux-leather extender, which is fine. Oh, and you HAVE to make sure your tops are long enough to cover the zipper! Even if you pull up the zipper as far as it will go and then turn down the little handle to lock it, it will never fully close.To wear with slacks: put the button through the hole on the side WITHOUT the little metal hook(s). Slip the most comfortable hook through the slit on the extender. Don't try to put the slit on the extender over the button on the side with the metal hook(s)- in the third trimester, it's just too dang tight and you'll be miserable. If your slacks have 3 hooks, then you have even more options/lengths for comfort!

I have been wearing these since I was 3 months pregnant and they are a wonderful addition to my wardrobe. I honestly didn't want to shell out 30 or 40 dollars for maternity pants that I probably wouldn't fit after pregnancy anyway, so I searched high and low for a solution. I found these and decided to give it a go they are pretty cheap so it was worth it. I pair these up with a belly band and instantly I have maternity pants. I was able to extend the wear of my normal wardrobe which has been such a life saver because in addition to maternity wear not being cheap it is also not flattering either. If you are looking for a solution to buying maternity pants this is really a good one. I am also not petite, but there are 4 different sizes which offers much flexibility,I still use the small but I will need the longer ones in the upcoming months as my belly keeps expanding. I definitely recommend these for pregnant woman you wont regret the purchase.

I wanted to avoid getting maternity pants for awhile and thought these would help but unfortunately it couldn't hold my pants up without causing me some pain around the waist so off to the store to find maternity pants. Ill just give these to my sibling who needs it.

These are great. Sometimes you just need a little help and they are there for you. No one can see them under a belt or long blouse/t-shirt. They are easy to use and match my jeans perfectly. I don't use them as much now but they got me through a rough patch of stomach issues where you just don't want something digging into your tummy.

I really like this product and am already getting use out of them in my early pregnancy. However, I have a lot of dress slacks that have two small clips instead of just the one. The one large one is too large to fit the pants. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with the early pregnancy bloat!

Completely useless for my work pants. The majority of work clothes i own have a double hook and button closure at the wait to ensure smooth fit. These were completely useless in helping extend the life of my pre-pregnancy pants. I ended up just using a woven leather belt, borrowed from my brother, to keep those suckers on and called it a day.

These are great! I bought these for my first pregnancy so it's taken a little longer for me to show - I'm 23 weeks tomorrow and the first button/latch extender works great! I'm also carrying a little higher so my pants fit normally pretty much everywhere else and these give me the extra room for my growing belly. Would definitely recommend!

These were a God send for me with my work khakis. I used each one throughout my pregnancy and then again postpartum.
