Pebble Foot Massage Mat Health Care Acupuncture Shiatsu Circulation Reflexology

I have bought 4 different kinds of foot massage mats, and this is the best one. Most foot massage mat has small spikes on the pebbles, but I like this one better because it's closed to the natural pebbles. It feels better and sturdy pressure than rubber. I'm not too fond of the color choice because it looks like a kids' toy. If you are used to the pain from acupressure massage, this is the best. It is pretty painful, but to release foot tension and heal your body, it's necessary. I'm a massage therapist, and the reason I purchased this product is to find a good foot massage mat for my clients. I'd definitely recommend it to my clients.

very disappointed, certainly did not match up to the reviews. Extremely uncomfortable, to the point of painful. No explanation on how to use it, doesn't really matter as it is not usable.

the pad that holds the plastic stone had a cheap looking material. As of how the stones are shaped, they work well on my feet and I love it. But considering about the price, I wished they didn't look cheap as they did. same color as pictured.

A bit hard on your feet. It does the work but not as good as the natural pebbles.

Disappointed that they don’t put instructions showing the difference pressure points on the bottom of you feet

Wow I was really amazed with the quality of this product. It comes in a soft mat and the stones are round and nice so they don't hurt when you stand on them ( unless you are super sensitive and never done barefoot walking before) rather it actually does feel like a nice massage. Bought it for the office so I can stand for longer during the day. Would definitely recommend.

I love this foot massage mat . I walk on it every day. I really recommend this product.I use to be in a lot of pain when I have my period , since I both this I haven't used any inflammatory pills at all ( and believe me I couldn't get through without ibuprofen)I'm very happy with this purchase.

Terrible. It really hurts the feet in a way that is not healthy. I returned it.
