overall I like the boots. I do have a wide foot of "C" width and width wise these fit great. But ordered based on my foot measurement and order accordingly. . In general I wear a USA size 9. so based on the chart provided I ordered one size larger the 10. They are a bit longer in the toe area but with heavy thick socks they are okay, not perfect but okay. I like how they are made and the colors, and have fur in the inside to keep the feet warm. I would however would like to order a smaller size 8 to see if that would fit better, but if they do not I do not want to be stuck with them. What is your policy on shipping, do you send a prepaid return label? It would not be lucretive for me to have to pay the shipping back to China as my expense. If no deal can be worked out, I will the forgo any other orders. If we can work out a deal, I would love to order more once I find my correct size. I would love to try the red one in a size 9 USA which would be the 8BMUS . IF I do order and the red are too small, then will you exchange to a larger size without me having to pay for return shipping. If we have a deal, then I will be ordering more of these in different colors if I can find the best size fit.MY COMPLAINT!!! they are not shipped in a box, they are shipped in a bag and each boot is not wrapped separately in paper. The toe on the right boot was crushed and you know the toe area is hard. I was so disappointing when seeing how casually these boots were treated in shipping. But was able to get a hard wooden ball and ram it down into the toe area and with some heat, I was able to push the toe out. Also the black circle print fabric was pressed against the blue on the other boot and stained the toe of that boot with the black design. I tried to remove it with some water and a cloth but to no avail. IF we can work out our differences, I would like each boot to the wrapped separately in paper to keep the dye for rubbing off onto the other boot, and the boots to be shipped in a box for protection so the boots are not crushed. I hope someone will get back to me and address my concerns. I do like the boots and want to order more but I need the company to work with me.

Measure your foot with socks on, make a tracing on paper, measure length & width. My length was a 5, but my width was a 6, knowing Chinese shoes are NARROW, I ordered for width. Boots are wider than expected, a big larger than expected, but it's fine. They do SMELL of leather polish. Stuff newspapers inside & air them out in a spare room or garage for a few weeks. Air the mesh bag out too. Smell goes away completely. Boots are beautiful, WELL-MADE, soft, fake fur inside, sturdy rubber soles. Not too heavy. Comfortable. As beautiful as I'd hoped. If I had $ I'd buy the Victorian boots w/ the higher heel, as well.

Lining is cheap plush fabric and won't last long. Boot smells terrible from the dye used, but hopefully that will fade. Came wrapped in a cloth bag, inside a plastic bag, all inside a second plastic bag, via U.S. Mail, which was stuffed into my roadside mailbox; glad they didn't suffer damage. I wear size 7 and initially ordered size 7.5 but changed the order to size 7--was sent a 38 (size is stamped on inside of boot) which translates to Socofy size 7. However, they're at least a full size too long for me. But I have a wide foot and the width just barely fits, so I'll just put heel pads in them to keep them from sliding up in the back and just ignore the extra length in the toe box. I'll have fun wearing these and showing them off, just so no one holds their nose from the smell. Ordered on January 6, shipped from China January 22, received by me in California on February 20. Slow going, so be patient.

I found these sort of by accident. Was looking online for something entirely different when an ad popped up showing these. I went on the site, and they were amazingly cheap. Ah, thinks I, maybe I can find some Xmas gifts here? And sure enough there were several things. But whenever I'm about to order from a new site, I like to know if there's a contact number. I scroll down and everything is in Chinese (I assumed not Japanese, too cheap!) Read some reviews about howsizes were wrong, and they customer service impossible. So, went on Amazon, and sure enough here they were! And I know I can trust Amazon! Got the boots and they fit pretty well, a little bit big, but with socks they're fine, and while they were slightly more expensive on Amazon, they're still awfully reasonable, but not sure they'll last very long...

Even cuter in person!!! I’m returning them but only for a smaller size. I wear an 8.5 but boot was only 8 or 9, so I went up to 9 - i figured thick socks would do the trick. Nope. They were a good 2” too long and the ankle was baggy. Hoping the 8 will work better!

Love the boots! I've received many compliments on them. They fit well - thanks to a surprising clarification email I received. I had misunderstood the rather odd sizing information. They arrived in a plastic bag with no protection, but only had a small dent on one toe that took care of itself in a few days. (By odd coincidence, the same day I received a large box. Inside was a wealth of bubble wrap totally protecting the contents - a pillow!)

Love the boots! Very colorful, very different. I've bought this brand before and a size 6 fits my foot perfectly. These however, are a bit larger than my experience would expect. I can wear a heavy sock that takes up most of the extra room - they are longer, not wider, but I think a size 5 would be too small. The "break" fits my foot, just leaves more room for my toes than I'm accustomed to. But I also have short toes! The boots are comfortable and really quite cute and unusual, a great boot for the price.

Love them! I normally wear a US 8W. Ordered the 7-1/2 and they fit perfectly!!! Could have purchased them a LOT cheaper on another site but they didn't have 7-1/2. Glad I went with Amazon. I do have a bunion on left foot that can be a problem, but these fit perfectly.
