So let me tell you about these! I have tried many supplements with little effect, but these are the best. I have been using them for 4 years and you cant even beat this price. I found if I take this on an empty stomach and then about 15 minutes later eat fruit or something light, that it works really fast. Before, I'd eat a heavy breakfast and didn't feel that well after taking this. But something light to help bring on the digestion process so the cap's break down quickly works without having that heavy ugh feeling.Highly recommend.I take it also with Natures Measure Gingko Biloba standardized extract capsule product that believe it or not I get from "Dollar Tree".It's an extract of 4:1 and my memory improves greatly with this product added to that Gingko capsule (I take 3) Standardized extract is the best when taking herbs. Standardized means the active medicinal property of the herb is extracted from the root,plant, or leaf. That's all you're getting is the "working properties" of that herb.

I have no idea whether these work because they leaked all over when shipped. It's been a few years since I've written a product review, but my experience with this company was so disappointing I felt compelled. The oily contents of the capsules leeching out when the product is shipped in warm weather is a known issue which the company has not resolved. I nevertheless took a chance and ordered this product in April, hoping I wouldn't receive an oily mess. Unfortunately I did.Amazon kindly gave me a refund, which I appreciate. I also emailed Irwin Naturals directly, though, to open up a discourse about this known issue, and to ask if they have an option to ship in a cooled container. I thought they might reply that they're working on this known issue, or at least acknowledge my experience.Instead they sent a short, rude reply saying they can't provide a refund and o should contact Amazon.Had they taken a moment to actually read my email they would've realized I wasn't asking for a refund.A company would normally take this type of customer feedback to heart. I was disappointed that they cared so little about the quality of their product and providing decent customer care.

Love the product and the energy it gives me while going through menopause. It contains maca which is known to help with hot flashes etc. But the bottle I received through Amazon contained broken capsules and the oil was all over inside the bottle. Very gross! I tried rinsing them off but it didn’t help. Stick to buying them through your health food store if at all possible!!!

I ordered this product just a few months ago after completely cutting caffeine from my diet. I only take these pills occasionally when I am really desperate for a pick-me-up, and find that they really help me get energized! I only take two pills (half of the recommended dose) and find that is sufficient for me. If you have any trouble taking large pills, I would not recommend these. They are rather large. All in all, I am happy with these pills. They taste horrible... but work great!

This is my favorite adaptogen supplement by far! I've taken a few others, but none are as strong as this or they come with caffeine included into their formula. For being straight adaptogens this formula is pretty effective. I've bought this bottle for the 2nd time now and decided to leave a review for it. I think that it could come with a few more servings to be honest, but you are only paying around $12 - $15 so I'm not too concerned about the price. A serving size is 4 tablets and they are quite big, but I've used plenty of Irwin Natural products and all of their pills are like this. Not really an issue for me honestly, although smaller pills are nice. I take all the 4 pills at once and even combine this supplement with another adaptogen supplement if I need an extra boost! The bottles from Irwin Naturals always come wrapped nicely in bubble wrap in the shipping boxes. One of the best things about this product is that everything is natural to my knowledge and I always appreciate that. If you are new to adaptogen supplements then I would start with this product. Just be aware that adaptogens work slower than caffeine. They have a steady increase in energy and a steady decline until you stop feeling it. It really doesn't take a long time for the pills to start working though, but just be patient if you're only used to caffeine. I give this product a 5 star review and a HUGE thumbs up!

I tested this out when I was looking for a caffiene alternative. I heard a vitamin store clerk say such good things about this product. Ive now convinced my mother to take them every morning too. Some say it take a few weeks to see complete results but I think it helped in the first few days. For me, it is a slight overall mood boaster and you feel like you are ready for the day even if you couldn't sleep the night before. It really has helped me and with the morning grogginess from fibromyalgia I'd say this could help everyone.
