Just started using this and so far I’ve noticed it gives me a strong hold and a matte finish that looks natural throughout the day. It applies easily, does not leave hair feeling stiff or greasy, and a small amount is sufficient for styling. The scent is mild and not distracting, and the product rinses out without difficulty. Based on my experience, it performs reliably and meets expectations. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I really like the fragrance of this. It's masculine, but not musky. It's more of a piney/herbal quality. It reminds me of walking into a high-end spa. I like the matte finish so it looks clean and not greasy, and the hold is stiff but not tacky, and still workable by running my fingers through to give it some texture. Also works to tame the flyaways in my beard.

Top quality ingredients. Great subtle smell. Overall, excellent. The consistency of the product is definitely that of clay. Apply strategically to wet hair for a more sculpted hold, rub between dry palms and add a little bit of water to spread more uniformly throughout hair. Overall application is pretty easy once you get used to it in, depending upon how you want to utilize the product. Smells a little like something you might find at a hardware store, but not in an unpleasant way. Definitely subtle, and suggesting of good ingredients with no added fragrance or coloring. Even the quality of the ingredients, the size you receive is decent, and depending on how much you use of course, can last quite a while. I will say a little bit goes a long way. At least it did for me. The hold of the product I’d say is medium. It’s not crunchy or crispy like hair gel, but more pliable and stable throughout the entire day. Leaves less of a shine and more of a matte finish and I will say after a week of use, hair seemed to have more volume and was healthier. Rinses out relatively easy, but would recommend utilizing a good clarifying shampoo once in a while, as the product does build up a little bit with repeated use. Would purchase again. Even with the smaller size, given the quality of the ingredients I felt like I got quite a bit for my money.

The product is very good in general. After try it I can say have a good hold level and is not too strong, which in my opinion is good. The style last almost all day depending on what you are doing that day. My work is sedentary so basically work for almost all day. At first was a little bit difficult learn how to actually use it since is a paste and I usually use gel but using some water help and style very well. The shine in the hair is good, texture is good, and you do not see white flakes in your hair with the time. Regarding the quality of the ingredients are good and no toxic. Scent was good and size of the product decent. If you can afford it I will recommend it.

Just like a lot of the Brickell products, you can tell the quality is pretty good. I like the smaller, size of the product as well. It says strong hold and I would say its strong but still workable. I have thick hair, and it doesn't clump up and works with dry as well as semi-wet hair. Will be using this daily, not a greasy, or shiney finish either. Doesn't leave my hair hard or crunchy as well, which I like. Will be re-buying this when Im out!

This pomade provides a strong but flexible hold that lasts all day without feeling stiff or greasy. My hair stays in place, but I can still run my hands through it if I need to restyle. The matte finish is natural looking, which I really like compared to the shiny, “wet” look some pomades create. The scent is mild and not strong like some other brands. It's not greasy at all, a bit tacky in texture, but applies easily and sets quickly. This one container seems to be lasting a few months now with still a 1/3 left, not much pomade is needed in each use. Very happy with this product!

I've tried quite a few different styling clays over the years and for a while now, I've used American Crew Matte Clay. Though I've been reasonably satisified with that product, I love Brickell and use a lot of their products religiously so I decided to give their styling clay a try. I will tell you, it has quickly become my new favorite. In case you've used the American Crew product, I'd describe the Brickell clay as pretty similar. However, it provides a stronger hold that is less prone to "wearing out" over the course of the day. Due to this, it is maybe slightly more difficult to apply, but the longevity of the Brickell is simply superior, and to me, it's clearly worth the extra effort. Even though it gives me a longer-lasting hold, the clay still provides a nice matte, pliable finish and rinses very easily with no greasy residue. I HIGHLY recommend this stuff if you're seeking a strong hold, matte finish with no greasiness. This is, hands-down, the best styling clay I've ever used!

I LOVE THIS HAIR STYLING PRODUCT!! Absolutely love it, it is not to hard, and not to soft, it’s the perfect paste that helps me style my hair easily, not greasy but still holds my hair still and very easy to be applied. You need very little amount to get a perfect, all day lasting result, it works really well. I get many compliments about my hair and the way it looks. The price is very reasonable for the amount, size of the product and quality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality product for a fair price. In general, I love Brickell products, their skincare line is also amazing, and I am so grateful I got to cross my way with their line. If I could, I would rate it 10 stars. Would definitely buy again in the future. GIVE IT A TRY, you won’t regret it.

I was reluctant at first to buy hair gel called “clay” something. But I get all my stuff from Brickell and gave it a go. It is really good stuff. It holds all day without being stiff. It doesn’t make your hands waxy and is easy to wash off. It also seems like you use a very small amount each time. Very happy with this. Thank you.

Without a doubt this is the best hair product that I've ever used. It smells great and my hair doesn't 'clump' together like it does with other products. It has a matt finish, so is virtually invisible but it holds my hair well all day long. It's more expensive than some other products but well worth the money and the tub will last ages!!
