Another thing we trying to understand if we need to do several runs in one sessions or just one. The research I made before on other devices suggest to do 3 sets over in one sessions. That requirement particularly turned me away from other options because I think it would take me like 2 hours to do it once. Who has that time? I purchased this unit in 2020 and only was able to use it a few times (it worked great!) before it was stored in my bathroom cabinet safely away from moisture and damage. When I pulled it out recently to start up again, it was clear something was wrong. The unit was not working and the system lights were flashing and there was a slight beeping noise but the fan wouldn't turn on and the actual bulb to zap hairs wouldn't work. I contacted customer service through FB messages and from there was able to send a video of what was happening. Although it was out of warranty, they were quick to agree it was defective and they sent me a new unit AND will also reimburse me to ship back the defective unit. When I reached out I was hopeful for help but didn't expect much as my unit was already a few years old. I am blown away by their quick reply and willingness to help me so quickly and painlessly!! I bought this in late 2020 and I couldn’t wait to get started however due to health issues including back to back surgeries it took me a while to actually get into a routine with this. I’ve always wanted to remove my hair with lasers which sounds painful but I was excited for this device because I was ready to not pay a fortune but take care of it myself and not have it hurt. My mental health made it kind of difficult to stick to a routine so I decided to just stick to one body part keeping that routine until I was ready to start on the other body parts. First and foremost when you buy this product I highly recommend just like it says in the booklet to email them to set up a plan on what is the best way to get the device to work for you. Different skin types and different hair types these are the experts who can give you the idea of what level and how often you should be doing it. Photograph of your hairy leg or some thing like that might be helpful for them to further examine what would be best for you. Just an FYI. Unfortunately the device did not work for me and I put in a lot of effort and time what is great is that the customer service that I was in communication with basically after I started to see no results was extremely helpful and great. Customer service I give five stars device I just give one. It didn’t work for me but it was painless and it was easy to use.
