There is no flavor really which is great. Some products smell a bit funny but that's normal and it's not a big deal to me, alot of supplements have funny smells. Pill size is standard size, if you have trouble swallowing pills I think you could break it and just mix it in your food, but then there might be taste at that point. Ask the company to be sure. I started with this and beef organs, 2 capsules a day. I've already been feeling a slight difference with the bone marrow and beef organs, and it's been only a week maybe. I realized I had absolutely no energy for over a year because today and yesterday were the first times that I felt it, I had really begun to think I was just lazy cus I couldn't get myself to do much from the extreme fatigue I'd feel. I'm very grateful and excited for just that change alone. My skin is slightly starting to clear up as well. Really exciting and awesome for me. I just recently added the gallbladder like two days ago since my GI doctor thinks I have primary sclerosis cholangitis. This condition I'm definitely a bit more scared of but I don't know if I have it yet til I get my tests done so in case, I decided to add to help my body instead of waiting for my results. I've also had henoch schnolein Purpura from 2013-2018. My last flare I had when I almost died and had to have an emergency surgery trach for epiglottitis. And all these conditions I have no idea what might of caused them and neither do doctors. I'm a 23 year old female. 2013 is when my health just diminished, no clue why and I thought I was actually starting to do better after 2018 surgery. But then slowly again I started getting symptoms, diarrhea mainly and extreme fatigue. I thought it was cus I had drained myself out from all the work I was doing but even when I lowered the load of work, it never got better. The diarrhea started getting worse, I would get pains and go way more often, at one point like 10 times in just the first two waking hours. It never occurred to my dumb butt that I might have some gut illness though. I changed my eating habits, I did what I thought was enough. My skin was breaking out, my joints would hurt, my hair felt thinner and was falling more. I just felt so tired. All that has been happening over a year since January 2019. I finally got diagnosed with crohns about 2 weeks ago. Good thing is I haven't had an HSP flare but I'm like 95% certain all the medication I took for 5 years ruined my gut, and led to Crohn's. I'm going to get tested this week for my liver issues. I'm confident I can heal from crohns from what I've been finding and much of that hope comes from these products and the company, as well as diet. Like I said I'm finally feeling improvements, small, but a huge deal for me. And it's only been about a week. I'm planning on adding more of their products when funds allow but I also want to give time before I add more so I can really note the changes Everytime I add another supplement. I have a lot of faith in this product, giving a detailed review is the least I could do. They can be expensive but after so many failed products from other places I've tried, I know I'm not wasting money here. Also the quality and the actual product itself, not to mention your own health is worth it. I don't regret buying them at all. I plan on updating this with my experience with these products and possible other helpful tips that have been helping me in hopes that it might help someone else with the same issues/concerns. I think it would be cool if this company or just some medical site had a safe online community to explain people health journeys and experience, so we could help one another. ** Update** March, 2020. I swear my 9 year old daughter is looking healthier and physically growing more robust after just taking the Organs & Bone Marrow for about two weeks. A family member who has not seen her for just a month commented that she seems to have grown "more solid' haha. I went to my parents home this past weekend. I made my dad take 4 each of Organ & Bone Marrow. In just three days, he says he is feeling an actual physical difference. He has never said as such with regard to any of the supplements that I gave him in the past. I can't wait for my order of Brain, Heart & Lung to arrive. I ordered these specifically for his brain fog and high blood pressure. I am determined to keep both of my elderly parents healthy through their old age and hopefully lower dad's high blood pressure. I am writing my feedback after using these products for about a week, in the hopes that it will help others who are still looking to decide. Before I made the purchase, I too, spent a lot of time reading the reviews, wondering if these products would work for me too. Let me state right off the bat that I am in no way connected or affiliated with this company; I am live in a small country in Asia, far away from America. I have been taking 2 pills of Beef Organs and 2 of Bone Marrow, each day, for the past 8 days now. It is still too early for a proper accounting, but I can tell you beyond any doubt that this stuff is the real deal. I won't embellish it by saying, oh I got crazily energetic, I can now do jumping jacks all day; it should be scary if someone takes a supplement that creates that kind of response. I drive the local equivalent of Uber for a living to feed my family, and I am on the road 12 hours a day, some days up to 14 hours. I sleep too little for my own good, I know. Fatigue, both mental and physical, is a real thing. When I am on the supplements, though, I can only describe the feeling I have as... supported. I feel supported, I feel boosted. Like I have a second source of battery that reinforces me. It is still early days, but I know they work because I have been taking supplements my whole life. Now this may not apply to you if you consistently get good sleep, but I have not had a good day’s sleep since I was 14 years old, simply because I have this belief that sleep is a bloody waste of time. My wife has been using this for several months now and is very happy with the results. She believes this supplement has helped regulate her mood, hormones, cycle, and overall health for the better. She is very happy with this supplement and we have even set this up to autoship due to the positive effects she has noticed from taking it. While the pills themselves carry a certain odor that is reminiscent of a barnyard, there have not been any complaints from my wife about any unpleasant aftertaste or negative effects on her gut. For now, we plan to continue purchasing this item, and I am even considering starting on the men's supplement to improve my own health, based on how good these have been for my wife. Definitely recommend these for anyone needing a more natural alternative to general health supplements.

Taking six sizable pills gets a bit old but I feel the difference if I stop taking them for a couple days. I get tired earlier in the day and less focused.

Really solid supplement. Easy to swallow, no bad smell, and gentle on my stomach. I’ve noticed better gut health and overall effectiveness since taking them. Clean, high-quality product that fits easily into my routine.

Was recommended this due to the eczema on my face. Was counciled that this could be due to liver health and was told to try beef liver. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now and it appears to be helping. The rash is much less than it use to be, my skin and face feels and looks healthier. It also seems to have other benefits as my gut health seem improved. There are no bad odors or smells. If you are having issue that beef liver will help with, this is a good product to try.
