Black Currant Puree by Perfect Puree (30 ounce)

First time tried this brand puree. Arrived in a good packaging for this frozen item. I made Pate de Fruit, and it was so good - sweet and tangy. A big hit! I also made White Peach and Passion Fruit flavors. Both are also good. I wasn't sure about White Peach as the fruit has delicate flavor but it comes out very good flavor. If I may say, it would be nice if half size containers become available - it would be perfect size for household dessert makings as well as freezer space. Anyhow, great purees, great flavors! Thanks!
