I have used it for 6 workouts now and love it. It noticeably reduces muscle fatigue. First time I used it I didn’t think I got very good workout because I didn’t feel completely wasted after, but the next morning proved otherwise, nicely sore. It’s been the same for every workout. One of the most effective workout products I’ve ever used.

Works great except it’s overly expensive for the amount you need. Also the packaging is abysmal, it leaks everywhere and you lose product or spill everywhere. Luckily my gym bag is already a mess otherwise it’d be pretty terrible.

What an amazing product it keeps muscle fatigue in check with no greasy feel or medicine odor the only problem is the price it’s very high or should I say expensive of your gonna rely on it my advice use it only on full workout day or when you upping the weights until you get back on the comfort zone

This stuff actually works. I saw it tested by a YouTuber I trust and they claimed it worked, so I tried it myself. I did a biceps, triceps and shoulders during a workout yesterday. I didn’t use the lotion on my shoulders so I would have a comparison in feeling. My biceps didn’t burn AT ALL until my final set on the last exercise, yet my shoulders started to burn after exercise 2. I push the last 2 sets to failure and do half reps until I can’t on each exercise and normally feel quite a lot of burn until after my workout is over. With this lotion, I only felt a little burn towards the end of my workout and it was gone before I left the gym.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or not but this works for me. I ran up a mountain and down for 30+ miles and had this lotion applied to my legs. I definitely think I felt less fatigue and next day less soreness than I would have.

It works great for what it's supposed to do however it is very oily and leaves quite a bit of residue. I would still recommend it

It great my daughter is ranked #1in the country i. Track and she sware by the OR lotions. It helps her get thru the workouts.

This lotion works incredibly well to ward off sore muscles. It's important to remember you need to need to put in on 30 minutes on before you exercise. I use it before I bike. It has a slight chalky feeling once it's on, but I think that's because it's made from sodium bicarbonate.

Ich habe probier viel mal, ??? , Konte sein das die erste mal, ich war so motivier zu benutzen, das mit mein maximal gewicht und wiederholungen, konte 3 oder 4 extra wiederholungen machen. nach ca. eine monate benutz, ich habe nicht die gleich effekt. Ich habe wieder tranier viel mal, ohne benutz die produkt und ich schaffe dieser wiedaholung auch ohne. Das gefühle in mein korpe ist so wie wenn du benutz WICK Vaporub . oder Menthol. Ist ein frisch gefühle sooooo ich bin nicht so sicher ob ist efektiv. ich würde nicht kaufen nochmal. aber ist auch nicht negativ. Einfach probier vilecht funktionier für euch.

Very good product. Did a lacate threshold test to see actual impact. Theoretically added 20w to my LT2 when doing the same test 2 days apart. Can really feel the difference on short intense efforts.

I’m a fan, works for me. You’ll notice the difference on drags & climbs and for eg your 3rd ride of the week. Far less fatigue in legs, increased power, quicker to warm up on rides also. Quite impressive.
