I especially like the packaging that wraps each pill in a printed day of the week, so if you know what day it is, you are able to know to take only one a day!

Take this every morning. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Love the stuff, works well.

I've used several probiotics over the last few years and Align works best for me. My doctors have approved of it for me as part of my daily regimen.

I think it works fine - but I feel confident using this over-priced product.
