Mountains: Epic Cycling Climbs

The photographs are wonderful, shot from afar and really revealing the “Grand Tour” mountain climbs. Loaded with anecdotes from the likes of Stephen Roche, Greg Lemond and Geraint Thomas to name but a few. A book to treasure.

This book was a gift for my son-in-law who absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend for cycling enthusiasts.

Not a lot to dislike about this book, beautiful photos and information on the climbs.

Visually stunning photography of mountain passes and climbs - whilst written with the cyclist in mind it equally sits with a driving enthusiast. However, it is the photography that does the talking here, beautiful composition and execution of shot. A great picture book for cyclists, drivers and alpinists. Bravo!

For road cyclists this is a thing of beauty. The images are sumptuous and capture the essence of what is like to stare over the handlebars at such epic panoramas. A book to keep lying around as something to pick up and flick through for inspiration and a surge of motivation on days when a return to the duvet tempts.Buyer note: if you have the earlier 2016 edition you will find that this new edition adds only a couple of dozen new pages. Good as these are, shelling out twice might be a stretch.

Received as a gift. Beautiful book with nice stories. So glad to have it in my collection. A must for cycling fans everywhere

One of the most elegant and well put together photography books I've ever seen. Such beautiful scenery and amazing detail as well as well written. One just want to take the bike and explore.
