Quite compact, kept insulin cold after six hours travel
Bought for my husband who now needs to inject insulin. It is nice and compact and it comfortably held the frozen ice packs and two pens and the other paraphernalia he needed. We took it to Turkey and it was still cold after a long journey by taxi, bus and coach as well as a four hour flight. Knowing this helped reduce my stress levels as he only recently started on insulin.
