The first thing a reader asks of a book is whether it's well written. The second question is whether it's worth reading. 'Confessions of a Panty Queen' answers yes to both. For here we have a lively and personal account of how the author - a self confessed 'MILF', and a very sexy one too - got into selling her used panties, and what she learned along the way. We all know that men fetishise women's bodies, women's clothing, and everything else intimately associated with femininity. That's how they're wired. But without going into why this should be so, Joanna Vanessa focuses instead on the reasons why she decided to involve herself in the world of fetish. One of best revelations - or should that be 'confessions - comes from early on in the book when, after she realises just how much men want to worship her worn panties, recounts that the "secret knowledge that men were smelling my sacred musky scents" left her "almost floating with secret power."In 'Confessions of a Panty Seller', the power of the author's sexuality impregnates every page. With chapters alternating between the practicalities of selling online (setting up a website, handling customer requests, preparing panties for sale, etc.), and highly charged erotic vignettes from her own life, the book hums, fizzes and sizzles at quite a pace. I downloaded the book late one night and, once I'd started, couldn't stop reading till the end such was its, er, grip on me. Granted, at forty-three or so pages it's not a long read, but so much erotic literature peters out after a few pages, leaving the reader dry and disappointed. Not this one. Joanna's skillful, well-honed prose vividly brings across the joys of her intimate panty life. By the end, one is left satisfied but still wanting more. Just how it should be!The third question a reader asks of a book is, is it worth buying? The answer is yes. Unequivocally.

After following the blog with interest, I wanted to see what the book would reveal. This is bloody hot, and I'm gagging for more now.
