I’ve been using this twice a day 2 capsules each time for 11 days. I have noticed an increase in my libido, energy but most of all my general mood. I do deal with anxiety, mood swings and depression. It has helped me with focus and cognitive ability. I have adhd and I am a call center director so being sharp mentally is incredibly important. I am also going on 42 and have three youg children. I have experienced some increase in energy from 1-5 five being the highest i will give this a 2 1/2. I do take this along w/ Niacin and Ginko. I’ve been taking Niacin for a year with minimal effect. I just added both this Maca product and Ginko in the past 11 days. The combination of all these products has been the greatest benefit. One day I forgot my niacin at home only having my maca and Ginko and my energy and mood was drastically inferior to when having all three. I will continue use all three as I understand from research that 4-6 weeks of the usage of maca root is when improvement should take place. I will update at that time I begin seeing benefit after two days. I have been using maca, niacin, ginko and ginseng now for 90 days. Significant improvement in mood, sexual performance ( firmness, longevity of arousal) and mental sharpness. I take these several times a day. Morning ( before work), mid-day and evening. No more than 3 capsules each. In the morning I take one niacin, 2 ginseng, one maca. Afternoon one niacin, one maca, one ginko, evening one ginko, one niacin, one maca. It works great !!!! I know this regiment may seem intense but it’s natural & it works consistently.

I took this supplement for about a week, and I got my period without any cramps, back pain or energy dip I normally experience. And the thing is, I did not take it for that reason, I didn't know that it works for cramps. I took it to try and help my energy levels throughout the day, which it did as well. Very subtle but noticeable increase in stamina. The lack of pain during period was surprising, I didn't connect it to maca at first and was wondering why was my period a surprise instead of the usual back pain followed by cramps! Needless to say I am very happy with this supplement!

Been using it for years use to give me more energy but I will say it works better in unisom with workouts and exercise ... It will trim u down and boost this energy levels if u do it right, I continue to purchase and men I advise u to as well

I have been casually interested in a product (or products) that would help increase vitality and sexual performance, but I wanted to go the natural route as I didn't want to put harmful chemicals into my body. I first looked into Horny Goat Weed for sexual function on YouTube, then there was something about Ginseng, Tongjack Ali, and some other extracts that I can't recall at the moment. I found a video hyping up Maca Root and after some reading of my own I decided that I wanted to give it a shot. I received my bottle on May 26th so it has been exactly a month and a day since I've been taking this (daily). When I very first took my two pills (as recommended) I noticed that I experienced some sort of "tension" sensation that you would feel if your blood pressure was up, so I told myself that it was working and must be pretty potent. I cannot lie though, the sensation was a bit scary but only last an hour or so. I have continued to take it daily after that, but oddly I haven't noticed any other changes. There hasn't been any noticeable increase in my libido or energy levels as of yet. The only thing that will happen is that I may feel just a tad bit of energy trying to awake in my body but it's so subtle and nothing else happens afterwards. I will give this more time because I'm one of those that understands that you have to give things time to work on your system, especially when it comes to naturals. However, so far I can't say that I'm impressed unfortunately. UPDATE: I’m back with an update. It has since been about 2 months with continued use of this product and as usual I haven’t experienced any noticeable changes. However, just this past Friday or Saturday (July 14th or 15th) I took my dosage of this pill and it wasn’t long afterwards when I noticed that I started to feel that same sensation of energy and nerviness as if you were to drink caffeine, but it wasn’t as intense. I was thinking that it was finally kicking in and I was getting a little happy about it, but then I started to get that same sensation of dizziness that caffeine or an energy drink can sometimes make you feel and it was getting a bit uncomfortable. At the time I was dressed about to go on about my day but I found that I had to lay down for about an hour or two until the weird feeling wore off, because I was in no position to do anything or go anywhere. I noticed no change in my libido, vitality or anything like that as the other reviewers mentioned. Just a slight boost of energy with an uncomfortable mild swimmy head. It also took a long time to finally kick in, whereas other reviewers mentioned good effect within a short period of time after use. This wasn’t the case with me, unfortunately. I haven’t taken it any since that day but I was thinking maybe to keep trying it to see if the beneficial effects will soon manifest with continued use. I will see how this goes before I provide another update. UPDATE 2: Ok, this is my second update regarding my experience with this product. So lately I haven't been taking it daily like I was before. The reason is that when it finally kicked in it made me feel bad - as stated in my previous update. I have only taken it twice since then - once last week pre-workout and again today (8-1-23) pre-workout. Keep in mind too that I only took one capsule both of these times instead of the recommended dosage of two. I have noticed that on both occasions, within a few minutes I started to feel a boost of energy. It felt invigorating within the first few minutes, but then after that I started to experience some light headedness, palpitations and some nerve and muscle twitching as my energy levels increased. As mentioned in my previous update, it was pretty much the same sensations if you were to take an energy drink or something with caffeine in it. Same as before, it wasn't very comfortable but being as I was working out I kept pushing through until it wore off on its own. The overall experience probably lasted a good thirty minutes to an hour before it leveled off. The good news is that it finally got to the point that it's working now and it kicks in quickly too. However, as stated in my previous update I didn't experience any increase in libido or significant increase in overall vitality. It was just a slight boost. Now, to be honest I can imagine had I taken two capsules instead it would've been more potent, but also probably that much more uncomfortable with the sensations, so I'm glad I played it safe. At this point I will upgrade it to a three star rating from the previous two star. This is mainly because of how long it took to get in my system in the beginning before I saw any noticeable changes, in addition to the fact that I saw no change in libido or significant increase in vitality as advertised. But with me getting a little energy boost there is still a bit of hope I guess. I still have a good amount left in my bottle so I will continue to use it, but only when needed. I hope to eventually see some promising results from this, but so far I still haven't seen the major hype, unfortunately.
