I originally bought it to help with joint discomfort, but little did I know I was signing up for a full-on herbal bromance.First off, the name sounds like a fancy magician— “Now presenting... Boswellia Serrata and the Disappearing Knee Pain!” And honestly? It delivered. My knees used to snap, crackle, and pop more than a bowl of Rice Krispies. Now? Silence. Sweet, smooth silence. I can crouch like a ninja again, which is really helpful for picking up the dog’s toys (and sneaking cookies without anyone noticing).The capsules don’t smell like a medieval apothecary, which is a bonus, and they go down easy. No weird aftertaste, no upset stomach—just pure plant-powered goodness. I swear my joints actually sigh in relief every time I take one.Side effects? These are so good to help prevent and combat inflammation! These are great addition to anyone's supplement routine. I would highly recommend them. This brand has a great price point. And offers a great product.

Recommended for my arthritis pain in hands, I also bought turmeric. I have used these for over a month and have not noticed an improvement in arthritis pain

Great supplement. Works as described has helped a great deal. Will buy again but a higher mg.UPDATE. purchased again and in reviewing the bottle, I noticed it did not have an expiration date. I checked the bottom, top and sides no date or lot number and because of this I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS BRAND AGAIN. I do not recommend ..UPDATE: I will be buying this product again. The date and lot# is on the bottle. It was in the box with other items and some hair rinse spilled out on everything. In taking another look, it was on the bottle. So sorry

Been taking for more than 6 months, Does NOTHING, its supose to ease swelling, but it does not, what a waste of money. Bad product
