Just what I wanted
Having practised yoga for 40+ years the time had come for extra padding for my elderly knees when kneeling on my yoga mat. I had previously tried a sponge gardening mat but this wasn’t wide enough to use on certain kneeling positions and slipped on the yoga mat. Found this mat on line and it’s just what I needed. Excellent comfort, non slip and same width as my mat. I can roll it when not in use and it springs back to form when opened up. Excellent value too.

Comfortable mat
I have two of these mats, one black, one blue. One I leave at work in case I have chance to do some early morning stretches. The mat is thick enough to cushion my knees or sit on and long enough to accommodate the stretches I do (SMM programme, its amazing!). good value for money too.

important for people with joint issues
I can't believe I waited so long to buy a product like this... I have had joint issues and knee pain throughout my life and struggled with my knees on the hard floor when doing pilates, since my yoga mat is so thin. This is a game changer... I place it underneath my knees when doing some pilates series and I don't feel like I'm, damaging my body when doing sport anymore. Really love it.. such a soft touch and perfect thickness.. great addition to your normal mat. I think it could be good to also have it under the elbows. The blue colour is definitely more pastel in the picture than it is in reality.. it is just a plain strong blue.. but that doesn't change the quality of the mat

In assoluto il brand che preferisco per gli accessori da utilizzare durante le mie pratiche yoga e pilates!Tocco setoso, consistenza ottimale, sostegno top, bordi arrotondati che non infastidiscono e non "ammaccano" il corpo.
