I ordered a medium and I am 5'2 with a 32 inch waist. I am roughly 137 pounds. This was a bit big on me and I could have purchased a small. However, I like that I can move in this and will use it for workouts and just being at home. It secures my tummy perfectly and I can adjust the velcro waist band to my liking and security. I had my baby 2 years ago and didn't wear a waist trainer or corset, so I was left with some puffiness. This trainer feels secure and just right for my to be able to sweat it out and lose my tummy flab.

I would give it 5 stars, the eye closure looks like it might go all the way down which would give more support. But it doesn’t. It’s only like three down. I am also small for my weight. I have a lot of muscle. So my weight isn’t true for the typical size. I wear a medium regularly everywhere.

I’m short and busty, 44DDD so I ordered a 3x. It fits well. Easy to wear for my long shifts at work. Great back support. Not as much material as I would like for the sweat effect but it does cover my torso to belly comfortably. I’m 5’3, 250 lbs.

Looking to sweat? You got it! I wear the vest to go walking, yard work like cutting grass or I'll wear it to work. I've lost a lot of weight and have alot of loose skin that I plan on sweating away!

Is my first time ordering a shirt like this it was or exercise only but it gives a great back support. Just measured your self so you can get the right size.

Fit is great , the bottom stays in place and doesn’t ride up when exercising
