I use these pads all the time and they ease the discomfort in my metatarsals a lot.I do occasionally have a day without them but my feet feel a lot more uncomfortable when I do.So, in a nutshell, I really think highly of these pads.A number of reviews say the pads move around during the day although I don't have that problem - but I do wear thick, tight socks that I buy from Amazon (Yuedge, I think), and maybe they help keep the pads in place a little more.

Pleasant feel and does the job IF it stays under your foot. No matter how much I cleaned or dried foot, it would always slide sideways. The toe holder did nothing to stop it.

I had purchased work shoes that showed up one size too large. The ball area, just below the toes on both feet became blistered and hurt constantly. I had to work so, even after I corrected the size problem, there was simply no time to allow the blisters to heal normally. I took a chance on these and they are really, really working. I've noticed an amazing difference. In just a couple of days, I am in no pain and I strongly suspect that this will allow the area to heal. They are so comfortable that I might just continue to use them anyway. Excellent product and I will order again.

These foot cushions are a nice, comfortable, thick layer. My only problem with them is that the toe loop is too big. This means that the cushion end up too far down my foot and doesn't protect the whole ball of my foot. This isn't a problem in shoes with a small box where I can squash them into place without using the toe loop. In larger boots, however, they don't protect my foot where I need the padding most. Also, the pads are so thick that if you put them in some shoes, they will make them too tight.

Problem 1: Deceptive advertising. The ad depicts the pad covering the width of an entire foot, but they don't come close to covering the width of mine (US Size 5.5). It must be a child's foot in the photo. Problem 2: Bad design/Deceptive advertising. The ad depicts the pad flush against the foot, but they're not designed to stay in place and they get balled up inside even the tightest socks and shoes. I'm not interested in taping them down every day. Problem 3: Design. The pads take up too much space inside my shoes. Conclusion: these are going in the trash.
