Easy Chicken Breast Cookbook: 50 Unique and Easy Chicken Breast Recipes Kindle Edition

Like recipes of bygone ladies' magazines - weird combination of ingredients, few fresh herbs, and the author(s) never heard of the word preheat. Happily, this was a free Great Book on Kindle. If I had paid for it, I would have felt guilty forever. Now I can cheerfully delete it from my content on the same day I acquired it!

I downloaded this for free from the Kindle store hoping to find a good recipe to use for the immense amount of chicken breast we currently have in our freezer. I am a picky eater, so I would have had to modify or omit ingredients from most of the recipes, and even though I have most of these recipes (or similar ones) posted to my pinterest account, it is much easier to get my kindle and pull up this ebook and search through only 50 chicken recipes versus the thousands of diverse recipes on my pinterest board. I am glad I downloaded this book.

A couple of the recipes were not bad. Also, if a recipe has more than 4or5 ingredients that have to be cooked separately I do not call that easy.

Do not purchase this cookbook. It is horrible. First, it looks like it was printed on a home computer and the recipes are horrible. It looks like a small pocketbook edition created by a child as their class project.It will make good toilet paper in an emergency.

Easy recipes made with readily available ingredients, with which we are all familiar. Tgeresxa good selection for company and family. It's useful to have chicken recipes to incorporate in the weeknight rotation to acclimate the family to accepting different ingredients and modes of preparation. See above for examples.

This recipe book has some good ideas. I only received the Kindle version so then I went and typed out recipes I wanted to try. So far, everything I've tried has been delicious.

This is a small selection of recipes using chicken breasts.There are a good range of different recipes so you should find something for even the fussiest of eaters (as long as they like chicken).We found the essential list of ingredients etc to keep in your cupboard to be really useful - and the majority of recipes use these - minimising the amount of waste.The one downside we found was that the measurements etc were all to in American standards - but it’s relatively simple to convert to U.K.As a free download (at time of writing) you can’t go too far wrong.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Lovely recipes and uses mostly store cupboard ingredients. Definitely recommend it.

Full of simple but tasty recipes. The only problem is the measurements are American so it does require a little de-cyphering.

Some really nice recipes, have cooked two of them already and they were quite tasty! The American food names baffled me a bit.
