Rinse after cooking !!
The box tells you to rinse after cooking. If you don't rinse then yes it is very paste like. I rinse mine twice and it is very rice like. I think it tastes good. I bought it to have staples in the house and an alternative to rice, which I also have.

Not good.
Thought this might be an alternative to rice. But the taste and texture are horrible. I might use it to patch concert, but will not eat whats left.I even tried to make a home made cheese sauce, still not good.

Terrible taste.
This product taste more like peas than cauliflower. We threw out 5 boxes because it is a non returnable item. The description says that it is non refundable but I see in the reviews that it was.

VERY high in carbs
This product has more carbs than mac and cheese. Nothing low carb don't waste your money

I won't buy again.
Will not purchase again. I don't care for Taste or Texture. Tried plain and also tried with meat and veggies added. Tossed cooked product both times. Boxes arrived damaged. Product loose in shipping box.

Make boxes studier
Product is good. Unfortunately two of the boxes were damaged. One of them was opened. The rice had escaped, it was a big mess.
