Durable and stylish to boot!
The medium size was a comfortable fit for my 37lb aussie shepherd and a very stylish design to boot! Amazon initially sent me a large-size by accident, which I had to return. However, the return process was quick, painless and free. In addition, I was sent the correct size in under one week. As for the harness material, it feels incredible sturdy and durable. A leash can be easily hooked to the back of your dog when its wearing the harness. My aussie shepherd was much more manageable on walks with this harness on, as it prevented her from pulling. I find it to be much safer taking her on walks with Embark's harness rather than using a traditional dog collar, which may injure her neck. For $38, I think the quality and longevity of this harness will match the price point. Lovely harness from a great pet company!

Overall great product
Great harness. I needed a new harness for my pup who finally out grew his. I wanted to get another komg harness like his sister's but they stopped making the on we wanted, so we gave this one a try after reading reviews. The first shipment they sent me the wrong size ( sent a small even though I had ordered a medium) sent it back right away and got the correct order sent back to em a few days later. My pup has a long torso and its hard to find harnesses that fit him correctly. The adjustments on this harness worked great. Ge seems very comfortable and able to love freely which is a big deal since he has long gazelle legs and runs, plays, and jumps in the pond almost daily. So far its working well and has held up to be washed multiple times already. The handle is also very sturdy. Its also nice to have more than one leash attachment area ( we use one for his tags and tracker to click on as well) overall I was pleasantly surprised by this harness ( once we got the right one sent to us) wpuld buy again.

Best Dog Harness I’ve Ever Purchased!
Great quality. Great material. Great product. My lab-retriever is 85-90 lbs and the large fits perfectly. I highly recommend this harness. Helps with pulling and looks cute too!

Well done, Embark, well done.
The Embark Active Dog Harness arrived today, and for the most part, I am pleased with it. Miss Zoey is a 6 month old Standard Poodle weighing about 40 lbs. I ordered the medium size, and with all straps at their tightest, it is just a bit loose on her. She has some growing to do, yet, so this harness should last her awhile. The things I like: lightweight, nice looking on her, latches are easy to operate, good reflective quality on the trim. The straps are easy to adjust, but because of my clumsy fingers and a very wiggly puppy, I had to take it off of her, adjust, put it back on, check it, take it off, adjust, put it back on - repeat, but we did get it to fit. I am not a fan of the grab handle. While I can get all of my hand into it, it does not have a solid feel to it. It seems strong enough, but it just doesn't give me a secure feel. I pulled her up to her tippy toes with it, and it certainly held her, but I just want a fuller hand grip. No harness is impervious to dogs' teeth, and a 6 month old puppy can bend herself in half while standing on her head to get at things. Zoey was able to get her teeth into the front chest plate of the harness and could bend tightly enough to get hold of the tail end of the strap on the side of the harness. Therefore, the harness comes off when we are not on walks or playing with her toys outside. On some reviews, people complained that the D ring on the front opened up and came off when the dog pulled hard on the leash. In the diagram I saw when ordering, it was stated that the D ring was for tags and NOT a fastening point for a leash. There are two fabric links (one inside the other) which hold the D ring, and these fabric loops are the attachment point for a leash. The problem created with this is that most snaps on leashes are too small to encompass the fabric securely. I am going to try a small threaded chain link. This will easily go through the fabric links, fasten securely and should make an easy attachment point for leashes. I have added a link to this item so that readers can see what it looks like. I am not trying to sell anything. We took a walk with the new harness, a short one; who knew that without a game warden in the county that the deer hunters would start banging a way two days early!!! We got home safely and will go into town for our walks for the next two weeks. I will update this review in a couple of weeks and let you know how we are doing. PS. In the last picture, you can see the threaded chain link that I used to fasten the leash to the harness. It is a little thick, so I had to use the heavier leash with a bigger dog clip on it. I used pony tail bands to keep the tail ends of the harness straps our of harms way. #curiouspuppywithrazorsharpteeth

Well made, size runs large
It looks to be made well and looks nice. I like the D-rings and sturdy handle. I really like that this is a small business. We had previously used another brand but I liked that the rings on the Embark were placed apart enough that the tags do not jingle together all the time. The only thing I would recommend to people wanting to purchase this is that the sizes run big. I have a pretty large Chocolate Lab / Weimaraner mix and I had to adjust the chest strap as TIGHT as it would go on the Large we bought and it's still a little loose. Our dog has Houdinied out of her harnesses before and I expect she might this one too especially it not being very snug but I have a GPS tracker on her. If your dog measures on the border line with size, buy the smaller one. I expanded mine out as large as it goes and it's huge. Maybe for a Tibetan Mastiff or something.

Loved the bright colours on this they suit my dog perfectly. The size was true to the description with plenty of adjustment. I have a bully breed with a larger neck and shoulders and it still fits lovely. Very high quality at a very reasonable price. The D-rings to clip the lead to are very sturdy. Our dog is a puller on lead and have had no problems with tearing or ripping it still seems very secure even after a lot of usage. Functionality wise, I love that it also has the clip on the front which again helps with using a double ended lead for more control when out walking. Overall very happy with this harness and would definitely buy this brand again.

Diesmal in Petrol-blau. Die Farbe ist auch super.
