- 100% NATURAL: Eri Silk Roving is made from the second quality cocoon and will have a mix of long and short fibers and will spin a strong yarn to weave, crochet, or knit with.
- FIBER: 500g (17.5 oz) – Natural Eri Silk Color – Staple Length: 4 inches - Eri silk roving is not the same as Silk Noil. Noil is made of silk waste which will not spin a strong yarn.
- BLENDING: Add Eri Silk roving to your fiber stash. A perfectly priced silk for carding batts and rolags. Blend with any protein, plant, or synthetic fiber.
- SPINNING: Eri Silk Roving is best for making uneven yarn. The short staple gives the fiber a slubby finish, creating a natural rustic yarn. Eri Silk Roving is less expensive than the longer fiber: Eri Silk Top Premium Roving.
