The necklace (chain) is too short for an adult (or anyone over 8 years old.
Nice pendant, but necklace is short! Will have to purchase a longer necklace. This necklace is more suitable for a young child (maybe 6-8 yrs old). Color is nice, lightweight, decent size turtle pendant. Extremely reasonable price.

Glitter inlay not created opal
The necklace and pendant seem to be good quality. I like the size of it. It is definitely not created opal though. It is a glitter inlay. Still a good value for $3, but photos are misleading.
