Life changing. The wife has insomnia. I work nights. We both take them and are out like a light within the hour. Not only that, but we stay asleep. If one of us gets up to do something mid sleep, we can immediately (and I mean immediately) fall back asleep within a couple of minutes of returning to bed. The taste is fine, they are better chilled or cool at least, and the supplements included work very well the only side effect I would say it has is you WILL dream. REM sleep is the name and it’s what you get. I can also attest that anything over about 5 hours of sleep and you will wake refreshed (or we do, anyway.) Buying them here on Amazon as opposed to their store gets you faster shipping and the cost is the same or even less. All in all, definitely a good product if you need help falling or staying asleep, so all of this gets it 5 stars in my book.

I didn’t feel groggy the next morning, which I really appreciated. The gel is easy to take, and I like that it comes in individual packets — super convenient for travel or keeping by the bed. It feels gentle and not too strong, but still effective enough to help me relax at night. The ingredients seem well balanced, and I didn’t notice any discomfort. For the price, the quality and convenience make sense. Overall, it’s an easy, no-fuss sleep supplement that fits nicely into my nightly routine.

Very disappointed in this product. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews and the percentage on reviews. Learned the hard way that when almost 20% are 1 star that requires more research. This may work for others. I did feel that my mind was more clear in the morning, but the trade off was more than I could handle especially the last night I used it. I used it 4 nights in a row. The first 2 nights were ok although I had hoped I'd sleep for more than the usual 4 hours at a time. That didn't happen. The 3rd and 4th night I experienced a constant awaking every two hours with an intense thirst which to satisfy meant that I would be woke again for a bathroom run in 2 hours-that started a vicious cycle. Those next 2 mornings I was quite tired, clearly thinking but extremely tired. But the real deal breaker for me was on the 4th night when I experienced a night terror. I've had these off and on most of my life but for the most part they are triggered by an emotional trauma. Never before has a supplement triggered one of these. Big red flag in my world. When I have these I'm usually screaming, kicking and fighting-all in my sleep and completely unaware of what I'm doing. Of course when I'm wakened I'm terrified because I remember the terror vividly. My husband has learned how to wake me safely. I was so upset about this and so afraid I'd have another one, I got out of bed and spent the rest of the night on the sofa. I didn't take any more of these but the 5th night - no supplement taken- I experienced a smaller night terror. Thankfully, there have been no more since then. I never try more than 1 supplement at a time so I know these side effects were from this supplement. This suplement was very expensive and I'm very disappointed in its performance. One good thing out of this, I've learned that I need to do much more research into what I'm putting in my body.

I've only used it 6 nights so far so this isn't enough to be a fair evaluation. Nights 1-4 no change. Nights 5 and 6 I added one Melatonin pill and slept deeply and woke up ready for my day.

2023 Review. I monitored the results while I took REM with Garmin Fenix 7 and Whoop for 3 weeks. I found that I really needed 9 hours of sleep but still saw no difference on my REM sleep stage compare to when I was taking "Sleep3" or "10mg of Melatonin" gummies. I am a preMed student, full time employee mngr, Gym and Video gamer. My days are long and I need to perform at my Max. For the money I think It is not worth it based on empirical evidence. My sleep was not any better supported by my sleeping trackers. The product is Convenient since you dont need water to swallow pills and the box looks Cute. Again my REM and Deep sleep was not superior than regular when I was just taking 10$ Melatonin. I have about 10 more packs and I will finish but will try something different. That being said, I would not recommneded because of the price. Being almost 60$ it does not perform. If this product was on the 25$ range, I could use it. I will continue my journey to find something more effective and I dont mind spending 60$ on something significantly more effective that other cheaper porducts. Thanks.
