Broke during first use and I’m lucky I didn’t get hit in the face. Not much resistance to start with. Didn’t feel like I was getting much of a workout before it broke. I would give no stars if possible.

My wife and I have been getting a ton of use out of this. It took some web browsing to find all the unique ways to use it, but we are really happy that we did. The build quality is excellent and the length is perfect for both her at 5"4' and me at 5"8'. We added some of our workout bands that we already own and they attached easily to add additional resistance. This provides many ways to utilize the bands, such as better squats, that we could not otherwise do. Awesome!

The resistance bands on this thing is way to loose! I’m trying to figure out a way to replace the bands. If you want a good tool don’t get this. Since I bought it I gotta find a way to make it work. In the pic you can see I wrapped the bands but it still gives no restraint.

Save your money the resistance is not enough to do anything waste of money have tried to incorporate in my workouts at home and I just Don’t see how this is effective it is flimsy and not resistance enough to actually make me feel like I am Burning anything at all

Easy to set up and use. Great for building muscle and hopefully to keep me lean!

This is a simple piece of equipment to set up and use and within a week I was able to relieve the shoulder stiffness that I have as a result of my occupation. All of the stretching exercises are outlined with clear instructions and I even made up some of my own.

Still like it, will use and will enjoy it, but, I truly wish that it offered adjustable resistance.

Amazing portable piece of workout. I was sore the next day! I use at the office. Use it and stick it in the corner. Just perfect.
