Disappointed with the unprofessional business
I have been using Begin for the past 13 years and have always appreciated its old packaging and quality. However, many changes are there in their products. In an attempt to find the old version, I searched on Amazon and paid much higher price than the normal. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was not the same quality as depicted in the seller's product images. Instead, I received a significantly inferior product (you can compare the picture I took with the pictures the seller posted). This experience has been highly disappointing and reflects unprofessional conduct on the part of the seller. I strongly believe that Amazon should take appropriate action against such traders. Currently, I am facing issues with the return process, as I haven't received the copy of the label required for returning the item.

Be careful of who is hipping this
The product is great. However, the shipping by IndianTree was awful. Improper packaging. After sending them the pictures, they just want to get into an argument rather than acknowledge it.
