Activated charcoal is such a cool item to have in your medicine cabinet. I take it before or after alcohol, if I went out to eat somewhere I'm not confident in the ingredients I'm consuming, if my stomach is hurting at all... etc. The trick is that you can't take it within an hour or two of your other supplements or a nourishing meal. It's a binder so it helps cleanse your body by binding itself to whatever is floating around in your digestive system. I love this product, I'm glad I took the time to learn how to use it properly... because I wasn't for a while. Five stars.

Like any product taken internally, you should try it in small doses and pay attention to any changes that might result. The ideal is to keep it in reserve for special cases and not as a regular product like vitamin C or B complex.

Works. Great for tummy aches without "medicine". This is one of the few homeopathic items I will take.

Activated charcoal is a go to product for me, and I order this brand because it is a great value. For those who don’t know… Activated charcoal is really good for detoxification. I will often take some of it if I am feeling a little nauseous, or if I ate a heavy meal, or I have some gas. The activated charcoal soaks up the gas or any toxins and, I feel better almost instantly. These are really easy to use as opposed to the actual powder which gets everywhere and sticks to everything. I definitely recommend this product. Easy to use, and really good value.

These are ok. Good for the orice. Fast shipping. Barely have anything in them, si could have been put into smaller capsules or doubled up to make a 200mg cap. Wasteful. Mot really DIS satisfied, but will look more at other brands next go round.
