I'm down with this product. Only used it for a few weeks, but with results like these that's all you need! I have now grabbed life by the horns and I have rode the lightning, bareback. My grip is now vice-like and iron tight. I choked a lion to death and then reached into his chest cavity and massaged his heart to beat again, successfully revivifying him to lead his pride again. The green color also makes me feel like I am protecting the earth, but that's not true. It's my new, alligator strength grip on recyclables and a low carbon footprint, that protect the earth. So get it in whatever color you like and get a grip.

The quality of these grips is excellent. They are very strong and will last me a long time. They don't completely wrap around the entire bar or dumbell, but that would depend on the diameter of the bar/dumbell. I did not measure the diameter of the equipment at our gym, but almost every time there was a slight gap. That is not a problem for me though because I just rotate the grip so that the gap is on the opposite side of my palm (my thumb goes slightly into the gap). If they made these bigger to accommodate larger diameters, then for the smaller diameters the grips would probably rotate because they would be too big. As they are now, they do not rotate and they grip the bar/dumbell very well. I also get a really good burn in my forearms. I tried these on a pull-down machine. They were OK. I think for pull-downs, I prefer just the plain bar. I also tried these for skull crushers and didn't like them. I haven't tried them for bench or any other exercise. I think I will probably only use these when I train my biceps.

I like the fact that the silicone is very sturdy and thick. But it's too thick for my small hands. I can't securely wrap my palms around the grips. And that could be unsafe when I lift heavy weights.

I was originally looking for padded gloves for the bench press. Somehow I ended up seeing this category of product and checked reviews. I'm glad I selected this product, as it works perfectly for easing some of the pressure in the palm area when lifting heavy. They are great, because they don't spin or cause you to do anything different when lifting. They are easy to put on/take off at the gym, but don't forget to take them off when you're done as I did. Write your name on the ends to make it easy to return to you. My only wish is for something a bit squishier, but that's a minor complaint. In the end, I'd definitely buy them again and find the value very good.

works reall well was really tight on the bar at first it almost wouldn't close, but it has loosened up nicely to easily open and close quickly. if you have a weight bench or setup in a garage or basement beware the screws appear to be unfinished steel like a drywall screw (I mean even the head looks just like a drywall screw) so beware I wouldn't be surprised if this things screws rusted to heck if kept in a semi moist environment. you prolly would benefit from a silicon spray or wd40 sprayed on them I'm you care about that sort of thing.

These are amazing. They fit a 1 inch bar perfect turning it into a 2 inch bar. The difference in your lift is incredible. It makes it so much more difficult to hold due to the size which really allows you to work that grip. Your forearms will hate you but they will grow! I'm extremely happy with these. They're very well built and have a solid grip to them. No slipping on heavy deadlifts either. Great product!

Looks exactly like the picture and what is described and fits my Olympic barbells perfectly (2"). I noticed other reviews said they move a bit with heavier weight so I myself tried jerking the plates and the movement was miniscule, plus like I said you really have to be jerking the weight around. If you're a regular Joe lifting/bodybuilding you won't have an issue. I love the different colors. I've only ordered the green ones but will definitely order more. I use these at home in my garage/gym.
