The basis, however, are Hibikusblüten, which give the cup acidity and color. In warm regions of the world, the hibiscus flower is valued as a thirst quencher. By adding more fruit varieties, the acid is regulated and other flavors find their way into the cup. Our Tea Taster has managed to compose a fruity liveliness, but to reduce the acidity to a beneficial level. Many tea lovers appreciate a fruit tea as a refreshment in between, whether enjoyed warm during the cold season or iced in the summer. For our fruit mix we have put together red fruits like elderberries with apple cubes and orange peels. The addition of rosehip and hibiscus give the tea the liveliness and strength. Of course, all ingredients are certified organically grown. A tea that is also very popular with children.
