If the T-shirts have picked up stains that won’t be removed without a more intensive washing procedure you should hand wash the shirt so that you can tackle the stain individually. But make mind that laundry hand wash t shirt with cold water perfectly. About Ironing: Stay way from irons, again, heat not good. If you absolutely must iron your printed garment, then we’d advice to use the lowest setting and iron the garment turned inside out. Do not put the iron on the picture.
