Just started
I had my first drink today. It's extremely filling.. liked the taste. Some might not like it since it's creamy.. but that is what keeps u full.. i didn't feel hungry for 5 hrs. It's 400g pack. I got to have 50gm per meal. So the bottle is gonna last only for 8 days if taken one meal and 4 days if 2 meals. This seems expensive

Worth your money!
A wholesome meal replacement shake. Definitely recommend for people wanting to control sugar level or lose weight.

Works great. Lost 5kgs in a week.
I know losing 5kg in a week is extremely unhealthy. But I've cut a lot of calories and substituted with powder 2 times a day, because I usually skip dinners. Also my intake is 3 scoops, which is also because i take less meals usually.

Consume this sophisticated poison at your own peril!!!
Please avoid buying this product. My blood pressure has been spiking ever since I have been using this product. I have never had any history of hypertension. I have only been consuming 3 scoops against 6 scoops recommended by the company. I was consuming it only once a day. I was getting massive headaches, lower body temperatures and dizziness whenever I was consuming it. I thought all these side-effects might be due to fasting (and I am a fasting veteran). But just a few days back I checked my BP on my mother's device and found my BP an alarming 158/100 and then my attention turned to all the things I was consuming and this product was the only new thing I had started. I checked my BP everytime before consuming it and after consuming it and my suspicion was right. Today morning I checked again and before consuming it my BP was 133/87 and after 30 mins of consuming it was a shocking 141/128. Consume this sophisticated poison at your own peril!!!

Good product bt doctors permission should be taken before
This really helps without any effects yet but u also need to take ur doctors permission incase of any health issue
