This is not authentic BT21 product, read the description carefully. Not tag and shipped extremely tightly wrapped which then resulted in a misshapened plushie. Not worth the money, should be less than half the cost. Not the quality pictured. This product produced to fool the customer.

Not what I Expected...
I loveee the softness, but the design was wrong. The eyebrows were reversed and it was uneven. Besides that everything else was fine. I'm not the type of person who returns thing so i decided to keep it.
