The retaing clips are good value for money and I now have spare of the 2 different types of clips which are easy to use as well.

Perfect for what I was looking for

The spring diameter is a bit thin

Was doing work at a friends house who had about 8 fitting with the ring missing and Blue-tack holding the bulbs in, a search on Amazon revealed these replacment, 40 might have bee too many but was way cheper than buying new fittings.

the images clearly show the rings will be 20 with the ears and 20 withouti needed at least 20 rings with the small ears that sit in the 2 cutouts of the fitting, i was going to use the non eared type for spares if i needed them in the future, GUESS WHAT yes i got 39 NON EARED rings so they will not retain the lamps in the fittings, so a complete waste of time and money, they didn't even send me the full advertised quantity which i would have forgiven if i had got 20 eared type and 19 non eared type, sods law i had a 50/50 chance this would go wrong if they were only supplying the 1 style and it did because they sent the style i dont even need.i give up, people seem to be living in the clouds these days and cant even get simple tasks rightyou can clearly see both types will be supplied from the multiple misleading images yet this was not the case when i opened the packet,another seller i cant trust
